| I wanna be a concept artist ^^. Specially for games oh yess. As I child I was heavily exposed to Marvel and DC Comics. My brother used to draw and so did my cousin. In the end I was too young to know the value of their comics that I often ripped pages off by accident. Then I was exposed to Anime. Yuyu Hakusho, Speed Racer, Ruruouni Kenshin, Evangelion, Sailor Moon, etc. etc. Later on I was exposed to game art.. more specifically the art of Final Fantasy VII then Parasite Eve, which I found out later on was made by the same person(Tetsuya Nomura). It wasn't until I played Xenogears that I started to draw the characters from the stories I wrote. So my main influence in drawing IS Kunihiko Tanaka, specially his style in Xenogears. |
